Hours of Operation

Widget Incorporated hours of operation are from 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Date
Effective Date: April 1st, 2009

While Widget Incorporated makes every effort to ensure that all work is completed by the requested delivery date, no guarantee is made that delivery will be made within this time and no discounts will be offered in the event that delivery is late.

Turnaround Time
Effective Date: April 1st, 2009

Due to a recent increase in workload, so that we may service all of our clients equally and so that we can continue to offer the level of personalized service that Widget Incorporated prides itself on we are implementing the following policy:

All non-essential maintenance updates to any site requires a forty-eight hour turnaround time and all new site development requires a ten business day turnaround time. Any non-essential updates requested to be completed within these periods will incur an additional 20% rush fee to all charges.

Widget Incorporated reserves the right to determine whether a work order incurs the rush fee. This determination is usually made based on the last date of delivery of all materials required for the job, relative to the requested delivery date.

Exceptions to this policy are limited to work to overcome complete outages of a website or service. Widget Incorporated reserves the sole right to determine whether or not an update is essential. You may request to be notified if your request is non-essential and whether or not it incurs the rush fee.

Consultation Charges
Effective Date: April 28th, 2009

Widget Incorporated reserves the right to charge for any excessive need for consultation, organization or focus of business plans in order to pull together an acceptible website. At this point, there will be a charge for consultation emails, telephone calls, telephone messages, instant messages that require company time.

Fees for this consultation may be based on our Dynamic Content Development rates (see our rates page for details), unless arranged within the client contract. Furthermore, Widget Incorporated reserves the right to alter these charges at any time. Affected clients will be notified of any changes.

Therefore, In order to avoid excessive consultation fees Widget Incorporated recommends that clients "package" all of their materials and list their requirements before contacting Widget.

Standard Contract
Effective Date: January 1st, 2008

All potential clients are required to sign and date the Standard Contract for services rendered before any work can commence. An Adobe® Acrobat copy of the Standard Contract can be downloaded here

Browser Support
Effective Date: September 10th, 2009

Widget Incorporated websites specifically support the following browser versions (or higher):

Internet Explorer - Version 7 Firefox - Version 3.5 Safari (PC) - Version 4 Safari (Mac) - Version 3 Opera - Version 9 Google Chrome - Version 2

While other browsers may function correctly within these parameters Widget Inc. only tests against the aforementioned browsers and makes no guarantee, implied or otherwise, that any site will work with any other browser.
